1.) Objectively Asses and Plan

Determine the business case, scope and objectives. Conceptualise, asses the gaps, identify and quantify risks, create the plan, conduct Technical Feasibility (Fatal-flaw analysis) and Financial Viability studies, Cost-Benefit-Ratio (CBR), Net Present Value (NPV) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and incorporate Quadruple Bottom Line (QBL) in designs, specifications, Bill of Quantities, estimates and quotes.

2.) Implement & Manage

Approval starts investment, acquisitions, training on procedures and innovative BMP’s. Implementation is project managed and standards of performance are developed to reduce risks and costs and improve quality, productivity and profit. Commissioning.

3.) Check & Correct

Check if the business case is still valid? Quantify, measure, benchmark, compare performance, monitor progress over time and identify remaining and recurring gaps.

4.) Report

Communicate, report, give feedback, re-design, reimplement, project-manage.
